RETURN REQUESTS
When you purchase our electric cargo bikes, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do allow replacements in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or a product with a broken seal. If you encounter such issues, please initiate a replacement request by contacting us at https://prevalentautomotive.com/contact-us/To facilitate the replacement process, we will ask you to provide clear pictures or videos of the damaged product, demonstrating the identified defect. Once our customer care team is satisfied with the evidence, your replacement request will be approved. You will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the damaged product to us.Upon receiving the damaged product and confirming the defect, we will process the replacement and dispatch the new product to you via courier.
PROCESSING OF REFUND
Refunds are applicable only during the pre-booking phase, where the amount paid as token money for placing an order will be refunded. The refund process will take between Thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from the date of the refund request, and the refunded amount will be transferred to the original source of payment.
CANCELLATION

Reasons beyond our control, including delivery-related logistical difficulties.
