To achieve this, we collaborate with third-party logistics service providers, experts in handling the shipment and delivery services for orders placed through our Website.“Shipment time” signifies the moment when your order, in part or whole, leaves our warehouse and is entrusted to the third-party logistical service provider for delivery.“Delivery time” represents the duration taken by the third-party logistic service provider to deliver your order, either in whole or part.Shipping Time: This denotes the duration it takes for our electric mopeds to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Typically, shipping takes approximately 60 business days from the time of your final payment.Once the product is shipped and handed over to the logistical service provider, the delivery period may range from 15 to 20 business days, depending on various external factors and the terms and conditions outlined by the logistical service provider, including the delivery location.Delivery Timeline (Estimated Duration)

Please check the delivery charges before placing an order.We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays. Moreover, we assume no liability for damage in transit resulting from mishandling by the logistics service provider.The order summary page on the Website will display an estimated delivery time. Additionally, upon placing an order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time.The service provider may encounter delays due to factors such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of expected delays, we may, at our discretion, notify affected customers.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery, including any associated damage or loss, caused by reasons beyond our control. Refunds cannot be claimed for delays caused by such factors.If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we will endeavour to deliver them together, subject to stock availability. However, this may not always be feasible.For delivery to different addresses, separate transactions and delivery addresses are required. The delivery can be made to the person present at the shipping address provided.We do not accept liability for any mental distress caused by delivery delays. Order cancellations are not permitted, even if the delivery time exceeds the expected duration.Please note that exchanges, returns, or refunds are not allowed once the electric moped vehicle is sold. Replacement requests will be considered if delivery obligations are fulfilled, as specified in the Return and Cancellation Policy.
